Weaver seeks an Audit Manager to join our Public Sector team. You will deliver high‑quality audits, mentor Associates and Senior Associates, and work closely with firm leadership on business development and client service across state and local government sectors.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA with 5+ years in public accounting, and strong staff development skills. Master’s degree preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA with 5+ years public accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Independent thinking and strong decision-making skills.
• Technical knowledge to supervise staff across industries.
• Experience in public sector industries (state/local gov'ts, cities, school districts, etc.).

Responsibilities
