Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Ability to perform legal research, draft briefs, motions, orders, subpoenas, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs legal research and analyzes information relevant to cases.
• Drafts briefs, motions, orders, subpoenas, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Takes depositions and responds to discovery requests; represents the State at docket calls.
• Prepares cases for trial; organizes evidence and information for proceedings.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
