Job summary

LS3P in Charlotte is seeking an Architect with government project experience to join our Charlotte office. You will contribute to civic and government projects across multiple phases, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring design quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a NAAB-accredited architecture degree and 6+ years post-licensure design experience, with strong Revit skills and an interest in LEED.

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect with NAAB-accredited degree.
  • 6+ years of design experience post-licensure.
  • Experience with civic, municipal, government projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design and technical development of civic and government projects.
  • Contribute to design and marketing efforts of the firm.
  • Create visual presentations and client communications.
  • Develop design assignments through all project phases.
  • Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines.
  • Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Support client satisfaction, design quality and project profitability.
