Job summary

A leading provider of process automation technology is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team in McLean, VA. In this pivotal role, you will work with public sector clients to develop software solutions, focusing on digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of advanced AI tools, while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of technical consulting experience and a strong understanding of agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Ability to define business processes and gather system requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and continuous learning approach.
• History of success on cross-functional teams and Agile experience.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and SQL skills.
• Knowledge of software testing practices preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for Public Sector roles.
• 7+ years in software development or technical consulting.
• Willing to travel 10% or less annually.
