Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in project management.
• PMI PMP and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications ideal.
• At least four years of real-world project management experience, preferably with web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Create project proposals, define scope, document system requirements and manage related duties.
• Participate in and help lead an established Agile team.
• Manage Scrum and agile practices per office-wide policies and standards.
• Use business analysis skills to understand customer needs and project requirements.
• Establish, track and manage project milestones based on design and scope.
• Write technical requirements and all project documentation.
• Develop test plans and ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with state government partners at all levels.
• Lead project meetings, prepare reports, maintain schedules and cost plans, manage risks.
