Job summary

Qualifications

• GAAP, GASB pronouncements and public fiscal rules knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of governmental accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accounting transactions per GAAP/GASB and rules.
• Collaborate with agencies on AP/AR, procurement, travel reimbursements.
• Support card reconciliation, documentation and compliance.
• Perform routine to moderate account reconciliations and ledgers.
• Ensure CORE/agency systems transactions are accurate and reconciled.
• Prepare timely financial reports and analyze data for standards.
