Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Education, Healthcare or related field.
• Four to five years of experience training, mentoring, or leading security, law enforcement, military, or public safety personnel.
• Experience delivering classroom instruction, multimedia presentations, and practical demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare security operations, use of force principles, and public safety training methodologies.
• Ability to develop curriculum and instructional materials.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and individuals in stressful or confrontational situations.
• Proficiency in report writing, training documentation, and presentation software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain instructor certifications relevant to assigned training disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
