Key duties include monitoring and coordinating communications with university police, emergency services, external partners, handling after-hours facility requests, managing inquiries, dispatching assistance, providing medical instructions, and maintaining departmental computer systems.

  • Monitor and coordinate communications with police, emergency services, and external partners, including 9-1-1 calls.
  • Handle after-hours calls for facilities maintenance requests.
  • Respond to in-person, text, app-based, and phone inquiries from the public.
  • Dispatch assistance as needed.
  • Provide pre-arrival medical instructions for 9-1-1 calls.
  • Maintain various computer systems, including Records Management, NextGen 9-1-1, CAD, and Text to 9-1-1.

  • Salary Range: $45,027 - $61,320
