Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or closely related field or its equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Experience developing C# applications within an object‑oriented framework and .NET.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and testing.
Experience with MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, and stored procedures.
Familiarity with web services and n-tier / SOA architectures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software for first responders.
Support the delivery, ongoing maintenance, and enhancement of SmartCOP systems throughout the software lifecycle.
Promote the use of AI‑assisted development tools and best practices to improve productivity and testing.
