Mission Critical Partners (MCP) is seeking a Public Safety Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities, working closely with public safety agencies and federal programs to tackle mission-critical challenges. This role gives you the opportunity to help drive MCP’s growth while delivering innovative solutions that enhance public safety and justice across the Southwest United States.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Public Safety Sales Executive at MCP is to lead sales and business development efforts within a dedicated region—now focused on the Southwest U.S., including key states such as Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, and Southern California. Your mission is to identify opportunities where MCP can support current and prospective clients in solving their critical challenges while helping MCP grow our business and meet our strategic goals.
You will serve as MCP’s primary business development contact across the Southwest, forging meaningful relationships with public safety and justice leaders and organizations. You’ll tap into MCP’s unmatched bench of expertise—comprising over 200 industry practitioners—and work to deliver outcomes that enhance community safety, improve operations, and implement transformative technologies.

Lead sales and business development efforts across the Southwest United States Identify and pursue opportunities to help public safety organizations solve complex, mission-critical problems Develop strategic client relationships with public safety agencies, law enforcement, emergency communications, and justice organizations
Execute regional growth plans focused on emergency communications, cybersecurity, and public safety operations Collaborate with federal programs on public safety initiatives relevant to the Southwest region Guide clients through project lifecycles to ensure positive, lasting impacts
