Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or four years of public safety radio systems experience.
• Knowledge of land mobile radio (LMR) principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and spectrum analyzers/telecom test gear.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking for radio performance/licensing.
• On-call availability and emergency-response readiness.
• Valid Florida driver's license and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform system audits and field engineering troubleshooting.
