Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in criminal justice, social work, public administration, education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, juvenile justice, or community outreach.
• Experience working with law enforcement or in an educational setting is highly desirable.

• Oversee daily operations of the RISE Court, Police Explorer, and Police Cadet programs.
• Develop strategic plans for growth and sustainability of programs.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders and coordinate involvement in court processes.
• Serve as liaison between police, school district, and community partners.
• Develop individualized intervention plans with students and families.
• Ensure access to counseling, mentorship, and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with School Police Specialist for case referrals to appropriate jurisdictions.
• Manage partnerships to provide community service opportunities for students.
• Supervise community service activities to ensure positive outcomes.
• Oversee referrals, track progress, and maintain records of court proceedings and student progress.
• Develop restorative justice practices focusing on accountability and education.
• Coordinate workshops on leadership, financial literacy, job readiness, and life skills.
• Manage program budget and represent programs at community events.
