DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers for Troy, Alabama. Join a team focused on safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service as you help protect clients, employees, and the public.

You will perform patrols, observe and report hazards, and follow client requirements. The role requires reliability, good communication, and compliance with background checks and drug screenings.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
