Our friendly, professional Security Team is looking to hire a full time Security Ranger for an HOA in Pocono Lake, PA. Qualified applicants Must have a valid PA driver's License, pass the required drug screen and criminal background check, and High School diploma or GED.

Applicants must be able to work any shifts, weekends, and holiday. Previous Security Experience is a must. Must have a reliable vehicle to report to work no matter the weather.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Conduct security checks and inspections according to established procedures
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and effectively
