Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of law enforcement duties in the preservation of public peace and prevention of crimes.
• Protects life and property, enforces laws and ordinances, investigates crimes and accidents, makes arrests.
• Provides credible testimony in courts and conducts traffic surveys to identify problem areas.
• Participates in school and community functions, public relations activities, and other assigned cases.
