Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas; monitors activity and responds to situations.
• Investigates criminal complaints, collects evidence, and conducts interviews.
• Enforces motor vehicle laws; apprehends violators and performs sobriety tests.
• Maintains community relations to deter crime.
• Transports prisoners and maintains security within the jail facility.
• Writes reports and presents evidence in court.
• Maintains assigned equipment in good operational order.
