We are seeking a Public Safety Officer II (Non-Exempt) at Mercy to provide fire, safety, and security protection for our coworkers, patients, and visitors. The role involves promoting fire and safety prevention and performing duties aligned with our Mission, Values, and Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• Required Education: High School Diploma; 18 years of age or older
• Preferred Education: College degree
• Licensure: Valid local, state, or federal Public Safety/Security license as required; Valid State driver's license
• Additional Requirements: Completion of Mercy Orientation training, local officer training, various safety and safety-related certifications, and annual regulatory competencies
