Overview

Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercy’s coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promote and practice fire and safety prevention. Perform duties consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience. Certification/Registration as required.
• Required Education: High School Diploma; 18 years or older.
• Preferred Education: College degree.
• Licensure: Valid local, state, or federal Public Safety/Security license. Valid State driver’s license.
• Other: Mercy Orientation training, FTO/local new officer training, and various safety and emergency management certifications. Annual satisfactory completion of Functional Job Screening.
