The Public Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring visitors and assisting with the arrival and departure of Memorial Medical Center guests. The role may require pushing, pulling, and lifting very heavy weights (up to 75 pounds), such as assisting patients to and from vehicles by wheelchair to their hospital destination. The officer will be required to be on their feet for extended periods, answer phones with proper etiquette, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with good audio and visual acuity. The role involves working in all weather conditions and creating a safe environment for all guests and staff.
