Responsibilities

• Performs security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual rounds.
• Coordinates facility response to various potential issues affecting patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforces policies and procedures, ensuring equitable application.
• Follows guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
• Collaborates with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety.
• Participates in employee awareness and education initiatives.
• Drives as needed for company business.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

• Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State Guard Certification or Registration Card if applicable per state requirements.

Facility Specific Requirements

• State driver's license upon hire.
• Current DMV H6 report or driving history report.
