Job Details

To provide maximum security for the hospital during daily operations and emergencies. The armed security officer enforces hospital security rules among patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner aligned with the hospital’s mission of caring for children. Responsible for hospital-wide infection surveillance, prevention, and control, as well as maintaining a hazard-free environment to minimize injury risk. The role involves interdepartmental collaboration, patient transport, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with hospital insurance coverage. Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
