• Performs security services, including electronic surveillance, systematic manual rounds, and PBX functions.
• Coordinates facility response to various potential problems affecting patients, employees, and visitors.
• Follows guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
• Participates in employee awareness and education initiatives.
• Drives as needed for company business.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

1. Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred.
2. State Guard Certification Registration Card required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained current.
3. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Facility Specific Requirements:

1. State Driver’s license upon hire.
2. Current DMV H6 report.
