Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks Security Officers to protect patients, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include electronic surveillance, patrol rounds, policy enforcement and safety initiatives in a hospital setting.

You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, State Guard Certification Registration Card, and a valid driver’s license upon hire. The role is Full Time with day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare security or related field preferred.
• State Driver’s license upon hire
• Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report

Responsabilités

• Performs security services, including electronic surveillance, and systematic manual Security Officers rounds.
• Coordinates facility response to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforces policy & procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement.
• Follows guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques, towards establishing a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care.
• Works with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to security and safety.

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.00/Hr. to $23.74/Hr. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
