West Valley City seeks a licensed mental health professional to support police personnel with immediate psychotherapy and trauma care. You will assess, diagnose, and treat employees, coordinate community referrals, and help maintain a confidential, supportive wellness program.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Two (2) years experience preferred.
• Experience with EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and related therapies is preferred.

• Discuss areas of concern and provide therapy for employees with job-related distress.
• Provide individual and group therapy and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and support police peer programs.
