Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains understanding of public safety applications and workflows.
• Liaises with third-party software, coordinates support and updates.
• Investigates errors and performance issues using logs and configs.
• Uses SQL to retrieve, analyze, and validate data for troubleshooting.
• Develops scripts in PowerShell and Python for automation and monitoring.
• Coordinates vendor updates and tests impacts on operations.
• Works with stakeholders to understand requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Analyzes data exchanges and integrations with external systems.
• Maintains detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
• Evaluates vendor solutions for feasibility and operational impact.
