California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is seeking an Analyst I under the supervision of a Supervisor I at a Regional Human Resources Office. The role focuses on serving as a human resources liaison between health care staff and RHRO, handling less complex personnel duties and supporting EHP and C&P processes.

This limited-term position may be extended or become permanent; overtime and travel may be required as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• HR liaison between institution’s health care staff and the Regional Human Resources Office (RHRO).
• Performs less complex personnel duties, including Expedited Hiring Process (EHP) and assisting Classification and Pay (C&P) processes.
• Interprets and applies State Civil Service laws, department HR rules, policies, and procedures.
• Overtime and travel may be required.
