Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls for police assistance.
• Dispatch appropriate units and maintain communication with field units.
• Perform clerical and data entry tasks related to communications activities.
• Train new employees in dispatching procedures and department policies.
