Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate radio and CAD systems to monitor frequencies and format requests for police, fire, and EMS.
• Interview callers on emergency 9-1-1 and non‑emergency lines while multitasking.
• Prioritize and manage dispatch duties with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide essential information to the watch commander and field units.
