Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Oversee calls and dispatch units accurately under pressure.
• Overtime is mandatory; flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and determine call priority to dispatch patrol units and emergency services.
• Monitor CAD, GIS, cameras, and radio channels to coordinate responses.
• Follow protocols with local EMS/fire agencies and maintain accurate logs.
