Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen visitors and direct them to the proper person.
• Operate screening equipment to identify dangerous objects.
• Perform searches, including potential physical interaction.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and reports of violations.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect violations.
• Maintain order and enforce state regulations.
• Exercise arrest powers and testify in court.
• Prepare routine incident and activity reports and document visitor information.
• Operate telecommunications or radio equipment for dispatch.
