Job summary

National Police seeks a Police Service Aide (PSA) to provide administrative, bookkeeping, clerical and customer service support for daily police operations in Milford Charter Township, MI.

Under supervision, you may assist with daily tasks and, in the absence of the Police Services Coordinator, take direction from on-duty police staff. A high school diploma and valid Michigan driver’s license are required, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and data entry with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, Basic First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, bookkeeping, clerical and customer service support for daily police operations.
• Support daily operations under supervision of Administrative Services Manager.
• In the absence of the Police Services Coordinator, take direction from on-duty police staff.
