Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve as a Public Relations & Operations Analyst! This role will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that both internal operations and external communications are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of managing urgent business development and proposal-related tasks while maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This is a high-impact position that requires adaptability, discretion, and a results-driven approach to support our fast-paced and growth-focused organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing priorities, schedules, and urgent action items.

  • Serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders, coordinating communications, events, and public relations efforts.

  • Draft, review, and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple teams.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and follow up to ensure completion.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Monitor organizational initiatives, providing updates and insights to leadership.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic communications and branding initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, business development, or executive-level coordination.

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, specifically Microsoft Planner preferred.

  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience in public relations, external communications, or brand management is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge/Understanding of federal contracting is preferred.

  • Located in or around the Alachua, FL area is preferred.
