The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $155,000 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location).

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing & eCommerce, the Public Relations Manager will develop and implement strategic public relations initiatives to elevate Armstrong’s brand and drive demand creation. This role will focus on building visibility, credibility, and reach through media relationships, content creation, storytelling, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will have a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to drive brand awareness, enhance the company’s public image and story, and engage key stakeholders, while effectively measuring the impact of their efforts.
