Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: five years in complex commercial real estate transactions, incl. acquisitions, leases, easements, and licenses.
• Supervisory experience: at least three years supervising professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates the Transactions Team's work, setting quality and timeliness expectations.
• Supervises, develops, and evaluates staff; promotes collaboration and escalation of issues.
• Allocates staff resources based on priorities, workload, and complexity.
• Evaluates new project requests for feasibility, readiness, and resource needs.
• Advises leadership on transactions, performance, risks, and improvements.
• Represents the division with City leadership and stakeholders; communicates complex matters clearly.
• Oversees pipeline from intake to execution, ensuring timely progress.
