Bernalillo County is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead the Real Estate Section in Public Works - Technical Services. You will plan, negotiate, acquire, and dispose of real property, while supervising staff and maintaining records of county assets.

You must have a bachelor’s in business or related field, 9 years real estate experience, 2 years in management, plus IRWA designation or plan to obtain, and a NM real estate license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Nine (9) years of work experience involving real estate.
• Two (2) years of experience in a managerial role.
• IRWA designation or obtain within 30 months of hire.
• New Mexico real estate license is required.

• Maintains records of County-owned real estate transactions.
• Oversees research, planning, negotiation, acquisition, and disposition of real estate.

• Acts as liaison with property owners during acquisition and negotiation.
• Applies managerial principles to evaluate program effectiveness.
