Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million.
• Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules.
• Managing projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience managing capital construction projects for colleges and universities
• Managing projects for a state agency responsible for new construction and renovation of state buildings used by other state agencies
• Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Island laws and regulations applicable to public construction projects.
