Job summary

Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks project managers to lead the planning, design, and construction of public projects located in Rhode Island. Candidates must have experience delivering at least one project over $20 million, with duties including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Experience managing capital construction for colleges/universities or state agencies is a plus. Rhode Island laws applicable to public construction may be encountered.

• Managing projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation of state buildings used by other state agencies, and
• Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Island laws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
