Job summary

Asian American Arts Alliance is seeking a qualified college student for the Anjeli Jana Memorial Internship for Fall 2026–Spring 2027. The intern will work closely with the Programs Manager, Development Manager, and Executive Director to plan and execute A4's public programs, communications, and outreach.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in arts administration, data tracking, and event support, with opportunities to assist in fundraising and operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in the arts, the Asian American community, and the mission of the organization.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A clear and convincing writer.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Canva. Familiarity with CRMs such as Neon is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
