Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of program management principles, practices and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast needs, and develop programs based on data.
• Graduation from college with specialization in business management, social sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head of a department in developing, managing, reorganizing and operating a departmental program.
• Act as program supervisor and monitor service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate workflow among programs and reallocate resources to expedite operations.
• Review laws and regulations to ensure compliance in plans and proposals.
• Prepare reports and assist in budget preparation and public relations duties.
