Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and logistics for year-round public programs and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to integrate community input and programming.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and metrics for each program.
  • Lead permit applications, contract external vendors, and ensure compliance documents and payments.
