Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in facility programming, recreation management, or related field.
• Communication in English required for safety and operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/AED certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate diversified programming in specialized areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and staff to accomplish programming goals.
• Deliver specialty services and lead program success.
• Interact with patrons to provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain inventory and operate facility equipment.
• Coordinate staffing needs and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Maintain records, review and sign time sheets, and submit reports.
• Generate supply lists and submit maintenance requests.
• Reconcile receipts and manage funds.
