Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of public programs from concept to completion.
• Develop timelines, production schedules, and budgets for museum programs.
• Handle contracts, travel, catering, AV, room reservations, vendor relations.
• Maintain project documentation and calendars; support marketing and communications.
• Assist with grant reporting and departmental reporting as needed.
