Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• Public sector purchasing experience preferred.
• Experience with construction bidding and professional services procurement preferred.
• CPPB/CPPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement and contract lifecycle in City policies.
• Develop solicitations, ITBs, RFPs, and RLIs; assist departments with requirements.
• Lead vendor selection, bid tabulations, rankings, interviews, and awards.
• Maintain records to optimize sourcing, pricing, and compliance.
