• Coordinate and manage a range of planning projects across agencies and jurisdictions.
• Develop long-range and current planning plans, programs, and policies.
• Prepare and update General Plan elements and conduct project evaluations for compliance.
• Review development applications for zoning and subdivision requirements.
• Provide planning guidance to residents, applicants, and external agencies.
• Facilitate public meetings and present to Planning Commission and City Council.
• Conduct research using maps and plans to define issues and propose alternatives.
