CMTS, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Public Outreach Specialist I to support ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects. You will assist with stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and project communications throughout planning, design, and construction phases.

Qualificações

• Experience in public outreach, public relations, communications, community engagement, or a related field.
• Experience supporting public infrastructure, transportation, aviation, construction, or government projects is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with community members, businesses, agencies, elected officials, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relations skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Benchmark) and CMS like Drupal.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• Track and address public inquiries, comments, complaints, and requests for information, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare and distribute traffic advisories, construction notices, project updates, and community notifications.
• Maintain stakeholder contact databases and distribution lists.
• Draft routine correspondence, meeting notices, stakeholder updates, and outreach materials.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and informational materials; coordinate outreach events.
• Support website updates, document uploads, and CMS content management.
• Assist with social media content preparation, scheduling, graphics coordination, and monitoring.
• Support media event preparation, including attendee coordination and logistics.
• Maintain communication records and outreach activity logs.
