Job description

BridgeTower Media

is seeking a Public Notice Representative in our Public Notice Department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, able to multitask, computer savvy, possess excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate strong time management. This individual will act as a liaison for our clients seeking newspaper placement for notices across multiple states.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with legal ad placement needs, including deadlines, ad submission, proofreading, confirming publication, cancellations, affidavits, and invoices.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, multitasking abilities, computer proficiency, excellent customer service, and effective time management.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in proofreading with remarkable attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.
  • Articulate and professional communication skills with clients.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 80 WPM).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of general office and data entry experience.
  • Focus and efficiency are essential due to the tedious nature of the work.
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps upload/download speed.
