JOB TYPES: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Complete the notarization of customer documents.
• Verify the authenticity of important documents remotely.
• Explain notarization procedures to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and verify signer's identity according to state requirements.
• Ensure the signer's understanding of the document and willingness to sign.
• Review documents for completeness and correct certificate wording.
• Administer acknowledgment and jurat notarial acts.
• Record notarizations in a digital journal as required by law.
• Certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents.
• Manage communication with users via an online portal.
• Maintain certification as mandated by your state.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential documents as a Notary Public.
• Valid Notary Public certification.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to learn internal tools and software.
