Public Mobile Notary Signing Agent / Remote Long Beach, CA

Certified Mobile Notary Services (certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking individuals interested in becoming a public mobile notary in their state. We will assist you in obtaining certification once you register with us.

Requirements
  • Provide personable and professional customer service for document notarizations
  • Internet, computer, phone or mobile line, printer/fax capabilities
  • Clean background record
  • Having a vehicle is preferred, but remote jobs in online sales are available if not
  • Work from home or any location in the USA
  • Flexible hours – PT or FT
Compensation

Payments depend on productivity. We offer $85 per document signing appointment, including travel time, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

Witness and notarize documents such as contracts, deeds, and powers of attorney, ensuring identity verification and adherence to laws and policies. Maintain accurate records and perform duties per state and company guidelines.

Additional Duties
  • Take acknowledgments, execute jurats, and verify signers’ identities
  • Maintain a notary journal and secure materials
  • Record details of each notarization, including signer identity, date, time, and document type
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years in sales, customer service, banking, real estate, or related fields
  • Notary Public commission required if not certified; assistance provided to get certified
