Responsibilities

• Performs permitting and leasing of land and water bottom rights.
• Interacts with clients to advise on required land rights permits.
• Analyzes projects to identify necessary permits and contracts.
• Negotiates and prepares complex land rights contracts.
• Calculates and collects lease payments and fees.
• Reviews plans, surveys, and property descriptions for compliance.
• Works with GIS team to maintain GIS layers and locational data.
