Responsibilities

• Research and advise on complex or novel legal issues; pre-litigation analysis and development.
• Draft declarations, affidavits, and other evidentiary material for litigation.
• Develop investigative and litigative strategies; interview witnesses and review evidence.
• Coordinate with state agencies and other states' AG staff to support litigation; assist drafting briefs and court papers.
